La superficie totale du VIOGNIER dans notre exploitation est de 10 hectares : 8ha sur un terroir argilo-grav aveleux+2ha sur un terroir schisteux au cur de lappellation SAINT-CHINIAN. Le rendement moyen=30 hlha. Taille guyot simple-vendange manuelle.
